The location was marvellous and lovely for getting around, as a bus station was walk from the hotel. My spotless and luxurious room came with large windows and elegant modern decor plus an excelent view to Alexanderplatz.

Room size limitations affect longer stays!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues really need addressing for all guests' convenience!!! Noise from emergency vehicles disrupts the peace at night, especially for front-facing rooms!!!

The hotel was modern and relaxing, we would recommend it to others. Greatly enjoyed our room, it was compact and airy. The bed was comfy & the staff was supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating.

Loved the spacious suite room on the 10th floor with fantastic city views. The location is super central. The staff was really helpful when our cleaning was missed, quickly providing fresh towels and coffee.

The location is amazing and the staff is very warm and welcoming. It is a very new hotel so everything was very clean and looked great. I loved the design. the breakfast was also very good. great hotel!
Since it was a new hotel some of the staff was not trained for checkout procedure and the Gym did not open yet. the only thing that we didnt like is the fact that the AC temp was controlled by the weather, when we came it was 27 degrees in the day but freezing in the evening but the AC could only be on cool until night time when it was super freezing.

On the plus side, the comfortable bed in the Suite was good, but the trouble with the website left a sour note in an otherwise pleasant stay.

The Hotel was very new. Very good localization in the one of the most important "Plaza" in Berlin.We enjoyed the very beautiful room, with a lot of light and a nice view. The bathroom was huge and very interesting. The coffee from the coffee machine was great.
The reception staff weren't very nice and never knew to give us information about the town. We remember very well how was impolite the young man Jacob, who used to have only one answer for us: "Sorry, I don't know". He never did any search in internet. How it is possible to have in a four stars hotel a guy that don't know to be nice with the costumes and have no preparation to be in the reception. On the other hand, the Russian woman that clean the room was very professional and nice.
